The Wirecutter: the best for less

The Wirecutter is a gem. Think of it as Consumer Reports for the online universe, combined with a solid savings approach.

The site started by testing and rating electronics and tech gear. But since the New York Times acquired them a while back, they’ve expanded into virtually everything. I recently bought dog poop bags based on their ratings, for crying out loud. Poop bags!

An enhancement to their services is a feature3d deals summary, which, when combined with their ratings, means you can find good deals on the good stuff, not just cheap stuff.

As usual, I suggest subscribing to their newsletter and following them on Twitter.
